Hello beautiful! My name is Dayana Rivas. I'm 18 years old, and I am the CEO of Daya's Cosmetiics 

Daya's Cosmetiics is a Latina Owned business established in 2020. I've always been a makeup girl whether I do my own or I do it on somebody else's makeup. 

However I've always struggled with finding cruelty free makeup, high quality and affordable. I would always have to choose whether I wanted to purchase my makeup from my local beauty supply store that lasted for a couple days without going bad or from an expensive beauty store. 

Therefore at 16 years old I decided to open my own cosmetics store that will be the best quality at the most affordable price, and cruelty free. 

We've been in business for 2 years now and had shipped almost throughout all the United States! 

Location

- Free pick ups are available in Berkeley,CA and soon in Hayward, CA

- $1-$3 drops offs are available in Berkeley, Albany & El Cerrito California

Store Policies

Shipping Policy 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders with USPS flat rate shipping usually take 3-5 business days (after shipping) to arrive.Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. 

We use the carrier USPS for our shipments.

- Orders will be ship out as soon as we finish packaging.  

- Shipping usually takes about 3-5 days to reach your destination.

- Due to Covid-19, holidays, where you live, and other circumstances, shipping, and processing time from USPS may be delayed.

- Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been sent to the customer's email, we are no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages

-You must contact United States Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777 or file a claim on their website about your lost or stolen package.

- We are also not responsible for any packages being sent to undeliverable or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

-The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information is critical to ensure that your order will be delivered to the correct individual.

-If you've entered the wrong or incorrect address at checkout, please contact us immediately so we can fix or change your address.

-All orders have a 30 minute order fulfillment window to allow customers to notify us if their shipping information is potentially incorrect.

-If your package is delivered back to our warehouse due to an incorrect address and you would like to still receive your order, you as the consumer are responsible for a $4 shipping fee for us to reship the package to your correct address.

Refund or Exchages 

Please contact us if there's any issues with your order. 

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Ifapproved, you'll be automatically refunded on your originalpayment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post there fund too.Due to sanitary reasons no exhanges are allowed
